Who can access the EVIDENT database ?
Access is currently restricted to EUnetHTA Partners and Associates who contribute to the EVIDENT database by providing information on ADC and/or responding to queries.

Access is available to participating EUnetHTA partners. The number of users from each agency is not limited.

How do I get access to the EVIDENT database and participate ?
If you (as EUnetHTA Partner or Associate) want to become an EVIDENT database user and provide input, please contact the EVIDENT database moderator for further details.

How can I log in the EVIDENT database ?
To log in the EVIDENT database you need to use your EUnetHTA ID. If you do not have an EUnetHTA ID so far, please consult the FAQ at the EUnetHTA ID manager online tool.

My institution provides information, but when I try to access the EVIDENT database, I get an error message !
If you get an error like "invalid username" or "server password is missing" when logging in, your account may be invalid or inaccessible through the central profile service. Please log in the EUnetHTA ID manager online tool and change or confirm your password to validate your account. You should be able to log in the EVIDENT database after that. If the problem remains, please contact the EVIDENT database moderator.

Are there specific rules to follow when using the EVIDENT database ?
The information made available by the EVIDENT database is restricted to EUnetHTA Partners and Associates who contribute to the EVIDENT database (see FAQ "Who can access the EVIDENT database?").
Information shall not be disseminated to other EUnetHTA partners or associates, nor to third parties without permission from the originating agency.

I was consulting the database and have been logged out !
Your session will expire after 2 hours of inactivity, you will need to log in again.
